Stephen Kellogg is one of the most talented, hard working musicians out touring.  I love love love his music!  and the sweetest man you will ever meet.... he tells stories about his family and touring....and his music reflects his storytelling...he weaves human, love, fun and sad into his lyrics.... this is my favorite song....his this is my favorite place.... I first saw Seth Glier open up for Edwin McCain. ... and i quickly became a fan sharing his tour dates for this fall.....i recommend to check him out!!

One of my earliest crushes in life was Glen Campbell.   I was crushed yesterday when i heard he had died.... we all knew it was coming....but it still didnt lessen the hurt....at all.... I love his music and i loved him in True Grit - one of my favorite movies.... I was introduced to his music by his single gentle on my mind but this song is what made me love him.... Hello!  Just a quick note to let you know that I am almost done recording a new album of fingerstyle guitar/instrumental music and pre-orders will start soon!  I’ve always incorporated instrumental tunes into my concerts. If you’ve seen me live, you might know my song,  “Dervish”  - it’s always a blast to play and a fan favorite. The reaction to songs like "Dervish" over the years and the stunning response to posting short fingerstyle guitar videos on  Instagram  were the impetuses for this project. On  Instagram , I went from a few hundred followers to over 10,000 in a few months. i recently traveled on The Rock Boat, version 16.  Of course, it was a blast - as always.... one the headliners this year was Gavin DeGraw....which for me was a treat cos' id never seen him before and he performed "Brother" with Needtobreathe, one of my favorite bands, EVER..... anyhow, i just saw this posting on Gavin's facebook page so I thought I'd share...... and then Id thought Id share this video to go with the article.... and of course, i will share the aforementioned, "Brother", starring NEEDTOBREATHE and featuring Gavin DeGraw....

My first Rock boat was 2013.  It was a life altering experience.....I loved every minute of it and this year was my fourth.... My first few boats had this awesome band, Scars on 45 .  I heart this band so much.... Today was new music Monday for our friends in the UK....I love acoustic guitar so much and enjoyed this rough around the edges video..... enjoy
