Please join me for a rare Washington, DC appearance at Ebenezers Coffeehouse. I'll be performing as part of a 3 act bill with the Laura Grill Band and Amanda Lee. My set is from 8:15pm to 9:00pm.

I don't get to play in DC very often, so I'm asking everyone to come on out and bring a friend or two with you. We get payed off the door on this one...so we're hoping we have some folks show up!

As an added incentive...I'll give away a ...FREE COPY of a CD with 2 SONGS on it from my new, upcoming CD, "It's Gonna Take Everybody." I'll give this to the first 30 people who show up!

W hat's going on Happy Halloween, Oktoberfest, and whatever else you may celebrate this month! (In advance because I may not talk to you before then)  Here’s a little update about what’s been happening on my end and what’s coming up next!   I went down to Nashville for a few days last month and the trip went really well.  I had some long drives there and back but stocked my car with CDs to keep me company.  The newest Gary Clark Jr. album got a lot of plays as did  Sound & Color  by Alabama Shakes and more than one Green Day album.  I also got to finish listening to the first season of Serial ( A gripping and wonderfully made podcast – I recommend checking it out! ), which was long overdue.  I relish any chance I get to go to Nashville despite the lengthy drive so I was really looking forward to this trip.   I spent three full days in town and co-wrote a song with a different songwriter every day I was there.  I’m happy with wh...

Rocker accused of pharmacy robbery before show MANSFIELD, Mass. (AP) — The bass player for a rock band has been arrested and charged with robbing a Massachusetts pharmacy of prescription painkillers just hours before a show. Attleboro police say Michael Todd , bassist for Coheed and Cambria , entered the Walgreen's pharmacy after 1 p.m. on Sunday and showed the pharmacist a note on his phone saying he had a bomb. Police say the 30-year-old Todd, of Anaheim, Calif., then made off with six bottles of Oxycontin and fled in a cab headed to the Comcast Center in Mansfield, where his band was to open for Soundgarden that night. He was arrested at the concert hall before the show, and the band played without him. He's scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Attleboro District Court. The band's website says the tour will continue.
